CRYSTAL SOUND RIGHTS
1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Sonido Travel Tech SL, through its Crystal Sound trademark and the website website www.crystalsound.eu, is the owner or lawful operator of the rights, titles, and legal interests related to its business activities, including, without limitation, the following:
1.1 BRAND AND DISTINCTIVE ELEMENTS RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1.2 DIGITAL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
The design and structure of the crystalsound.eu website; texts, graphic materials, images, video content, and presentations; software, mobile applications, and web services (including, without limitation, CS.Counter); source code, object code, algorithms, and user interfaces; technical and commercial documentation.
1.3 TECHNOLOGIES AND PRODUCTS

- Use information about Crystal Sound products for evaluation or to request a commercial quotation,
Provided that such use does not infringe Crystal Sound’s rights and does not create any risk of copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation.
4. STRICS RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any website materials;
- Use Crystal Sound logos, trademarks, or brand elements for marketing, commercial, or advertising purposes;
- Engage in reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or any other attempt to derive the logic, structure, or operation of devices, software, or firmware;
- Create, manufacture, or distribute products wholly or partially based on Crystal Sound technologies;
- Register domain names, trademarks, or designations that are identical or confusingly similar to Crystal Sound;
- Use Crystal Sound intellectual property in any manner that may mislead as to product origin, affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.
5. TRADE SECRETS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Any unauthorized disclosure, use, or transfer of such information to third parties is strictly prohibited.
6. LIABILITY AND ENFORCEMENT MEASURES
- Demand the immediate cessation of any unauthorized use;
- Initiate legal or administrative proceedings to protect its rights;
- Claim damages, including loss of profits;
- Apply any remedies available under EU law and applicable national legislation.
Any infringement of Crystal Sound’s rights may result in civil, administrative, and/or criminal liability, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
