Yes. Each Prime transmitter operates on an independent channel among the 755 available channels, with automatic frequency search, so two groups being guided at the same time do not interfere with or hear each other.
The CS 36 charging case covers simultaneous charging for most of the equipment; the remaining 4 receivers can be charged separately via Micro-USB cable, without the need for a second charging case for this group size.
